We ran discovery sessions based on improving the usability of their pitch finding tool. Over the years it had been packed full of powerful functionality, but users were struggling to make use of it.

We redesigned the system from the ground up, ensuring new visuals were user tested with key audience groups, resulting in a tool that’s now both powerful and simple to use.
